Data protection is of utmost importance to us, and we handle your data with care. Here, we explain what data we need and precisely what happens with your data:

Online Booking:

During the online booking on our website, we collect first and last names, email address, street, postal code, city, phone number, arrival and departure dates, and the country of origin. The country of origin is crucial for us to know in which language to respond. These data are then stored in our booking calendar, which is accessible only to Sabine, Engelbert, and myself. These data remain stored in our calendar for approximately 4 years. This is done so we can check if you have been here before (for arrival information) and which room you booked, as many of our guests prefer the same room again.

On-Site:

Upon arrival, the guest registration must be completed. In addition to names and addresses, arrival and departure dates, the birthdates of all travelers are also recorded in the digital guest system. These registrations are then digitally transmitted to the tourist office in Imst.

Furthermore, names and addresses, as well as arrival and departure information, are also recorded on the invoices, which are then forwarded to our accounting department and kept for 7 years.

When visiting our website, no data is collected in the background. We do not use Google or Facebook services.
